Eugene Farley MD

Eugene Farley, MD, is an emeritus professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Department of Family Medicine.

Farley is one of the recognized founders of the specialty of Family Medicine and originator of one of the nation\'s first family practice residency programs. He served as Chair of the UW Department of Family Medicine from 1982 1992.

Farley has a deep commitment to the health of underserved populations and the principles of social
justice and has been a life long activist for social responsibility and change.
