Part three of this three-part program was created for nurses and other health care providers to promote a forward shift in the ongoing challenges with health literacy. Poignant case studies with valuable and applicable health literacy practices will be shared describing the process of making health communication (i.e. operation consent forms/patient education) understandable for all.
