Rita Mangione-Smith's recent article in the New England Journal of Medicine has been described as a “clarion call for action” around sobering findings about the quality of care delivered to our nation’s children. In short, the right services appear to be carried out less than half the time across preventive, acute and chronic care. In this talk, Mangione-Smith discusses these findings and their implications for children’s healthcare.
