Josh Perkins BAJosh Perkins has a passion for bringing great, healthy food to the community. He has a BA in Sustainable Agriculture and Political Economy, and also is a graduate of Cambridge School of the Culinary Arts. Currently, as Willy St Co-opâ€™s kitchen manager, he is sourcing and preparing all of the fresh foods for the Wisconsin Homegrown Lunch program for Madison School District. In addition, he is coordinating a healthy hot lunch program at a local elementary school, and is interested in expanding these options to other schools in the city.
