Training and Education to Advance Minority Scholars in Science (TEAM-Science)

The overall goal of the University of Wisconsin Training and Education to Advance Minority Scholars in Science (TEAM-Science) Program is to develop a diverse biomedical and behavioral research workforce.

As part of the TEAM-Science Executive Committee Day-Long Workshop, Career Coach Mentoring Training Sessions have been incorporated. These presentations are available for future Career Coaches in the TEAM-Science Program, and to further develop workshops aimed at graduate admissions committees to dispel some of the assumptions, stereotypes and myths that disadvantage under represented minority students in advancing toward an academic career.
